    Sage Boots by Abilene

Abilene Boots are brought to you by Outdoor Country in Bishop Texas. We are proud to offer these American made boots.

Abilene Boot Company continues to produce most boots in the USA. We believe you will be pleased with that important difference. The Abilene tradition continues by combining quality construction with its AirRide Comfort System. This keeps your feet comfortable while you enjoy that traditional western cowboy look.

The AirRide Comfort® system is designed to deliver comfort from every part of the boot by utilizing a technologically advanced urethane cushion insole, leather heel pad with a foam cushion and foam filler between the insole and the leather outsole. Just one more reason to choose Abilene Western Boots.

    Leather Care Tips

Cleaning your Boots and shoes periodically will extend the lifetime of your Abilene and Sage footwear. It is recommended that you wipe them off after every use. Use an old towel, a damp rag, or even your socks to remove the dust and dirt that may have accumulated during the day to help prevent abrasion and cracking.

Allow your boots 24 hours to dry out before wearing them again. Moisture from your feet settles into the boot, and without time to dry, bacteria can stain the leather. A good practice is to rotate your boots, never wearing the same pair two days in a row. Never dry your boots with heat because it will dry out the leather.

    1. Oil Impregnated Leathers
Remove loose dirt and dust with soft brush or damp cloth.
Seal and protect leather with a small amount of non-Silicone base stain guard.
Surface nicks and scratches may be repaired by bringing the oil back to the leather surface. To bring the oil back, rub across the scratch or nick with your thumb or finger.
    2. Full Grain and Retan Leathers
Remove loose dirt and dust with soft brush or damp cloth.
Replenish leather with an all-purpose leather conditioner.
